Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Trip - National Elephant Conservation Centre

I visited Kuala Gandah, Malaysia to see elephants at the National Elephant Conservation Centre.

The operation time is 10:30 AM ~ 15:30PM.

I recommend visiting early since the place closes quite early in the afternoon.

I took about 2 hours by car, but we stopped by a rest area and had some snacks.

Luckily, the weather was clear and there were plenty of parking spaces available.

Before entering, visitors need to fill out a short registration form.

The entrance fee is free, but donations are welcome to help support the center.

As soon as I entered, I could see the elephant right away!
To feed them, you can buy bananas or bamboo for 3RM (bamboo) only in cash.

You can also get a schedule leaflet from the reception to check the time for the shows and other information.

There was a baby elephant section, too.
It's surrounded by a large fence compared to the big elephants, but you're still allowed to feed them freely.

Later, I stopped by to see the elephant show.

It was quite short, but after that, visitors were allowed to feed them freely.

There's also a gallery about the history of the center and the elephants.
Before leaving, there's a small place to buy toys such as elephant dolls.
When I looked down closely, their face looked angry. So cute !!
