Brisbane Guest House - Lylo Brisbane Review

During my trip to Brisbane, I stayed one night at Lylo Brisbane.
Check-in was at 3 PM, but I arrived around 1:30 PM. Early check-in wasn't available, and they suggested waiting on the 4th floor or paying an extra fee. The 4th floor was an open area and quite chilly, so I decided to grab a coffee nearby instead.

I booked a female 4-bed dorm, but two guests were already staying long-term, so the room was a little messy due to their belongings.

Luckily, my bed was on the first floor! Once the door closes, it really feels like a private room. It was a bit hot at night, so I slept with the door open a little. Inside the room, there was a mirror, a fan, and a charging port.

Each guest could get a towel and a locker, which is quite large and locks with the same key card; no need to bring a padlock. Super convenient!

The bathroom inside was also clean and spacious, with a hairdryer and body wash provided.

There's also a shared kitchen area, and next to it a common lounge space, though it was too cold that night for me to use it.

I bought some dinner and beer to have inside, but later found out that BYOB is not allowed, they sell beer only on certain days, and unfortunately, it wasn't available that night.

So I just grabbed a Coke from the vending machine and had my burger with it.

Overall, Lylo Birsbane was a convenient and well-located guesthouse!
